This is the perfect city hotel! Obviously, this is not an over the water villa, haha, but if you are in Hulhumale and want an exceptional budget stay- this is the place for you! It was impeccably clean with basic amenities, but very well thought out. Water, coffee, tea, soaps, charger, hair dryer…everything you may need and more! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was very quiet, and the bathroom was surprisingly large! The hotel is in a wonderful location, close to Central Park and the beach, with many amazing shops and restaurants nearby! If you are looking for wonderful local food, we suggest eating at Dhidhoo Hotaa! It was an incredible meal! The staff went to great lengths to make sure we were comfortable and our needs were met- they carried all of our luggage to the third floor, even offering to go out and get us beverages late at night! We had an early morning transfer at the airport- they packed us breakfast to go, and set us up with a taxi. We could not have asked for more!

Clean and very spacious room. Welcoming staff. Breakfast is fine. Location is also fine since we have a bike. Unfortunately had no time to use bath tube, but was pleasantly surprised to see it there. Will choose for my Next visit to Hulhumale. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed on the local islands

I have been staying in room 201 for 5 nights. The floor is not high enough to enjoy the sea view (for that you need to book Junior Suite with Sea View) however, it is indeed cozy, the full-length window covered by the trees outside, so you may have a feeling you are on the treetop during the daytime. And it is bright enough, which is essential for me. It might be unusual for you to hear the seaplanes and local routine sounds outside, but I got used to it after 1 night. Mr Yogish was very helpful replying to the requests, he kindly provided me late checkout (upon availability), was hospitable and discreet. We didn't request housekeeping room clearance during the stay, but they kept the water outside for us every morning, and replacements of the coffee and towels been done fast upon request. The breakfast is good, nothing which I'd like to remove, it's not too much, but enough to wake yourself up and be prepared for movements. Try special coffee with milk from the restaurant host Mr Thusith, I liked it a lot. Don't hesitate to order food from Dreams Diner, the salmon steak with mashed potatoes and steamed vegs was good enough if you prefer to stay in a room or want to get a bite before you leave to the airport. There are plenty of good restaurants, cafees, shops nearby and the beach is just in a couple of minutes by walk. Likely will book again.

all ok. We didn't have breakfast because we had to leave early - but got a small one to go. Good location - would go there again.
